Receiving your inquiry

When you submit the inquiry form, the purpose of inquiry, product of interest, institution/company name, contact name, email and message you entered are delivered to the company through a form-handling service. They are used only to respond to your inquiry and to contact you.

How your input is handled

Submitted content may be kept by the form-handling service and in the company's receiving mailbox, and as a rule it is deleted without delay once the inquiry has been handled. The retention period and how to request deletion will be stated on this page once confirmed. The download and copy functions do not send what you enter outside your device.

Moving to external services

The TwinCare button takes you to a separate service. Use of that service and the handling of personal information follow the notices provided by that service.

Source materials

Product and R&D content is based on materials provided by the company. Supply status and features of each product are explained per product version when you inquire.
